In respect to recent researchs on my forebears, the family SUTTON-CLONARD; (COUNTS OF CLONARD in the Kingdom of Spain), and whose name was translated to Spanish as "DE SOTTO", during the XVIII century.
Also it pleases me to inform you that two of my Senior cousins(Joseph M. & Manuel DE SOTTO) have made investigations on the same topic, during 16 years, with positive results. I have to say that Joseph was an Official in the Navy and this has permitted to him, to have access to multitude of Files and Bookstores in Ireland, UK. and other Countries.

We also know that our remote origins are confused with the family de Neville and De Courtenay Normand Branch,
Also it is "almost" sure that "forebear",also was ROGER DE SUTTON "THE IRISH"; b. c1230 , considerated father of the Saga of the Counts De Sutton-Clonard, with descendancy in Wexford, Clonard, Waterford, Kildare, etc. and later, in Spain as well as in France
We have the intention by following investigating the genealogy of our family until its point of origin, (see XI century in Normandy)
