I'm trying to trace my mother's paternal family line but I don't have much to go on (he left before she was born.) I don't want to find him, but I would like to find out about the family. How would I do this? I know his name (Edmond M. Miller) roughly his age (as of mid-November 1952 he was 25) birthplace (New York state) that at the time of his marriage to my grandmother he was working at a navy depot and his mother's given name (Anne.)
