Hi, I've just started looking for the Tedder family that lives in West Virginia and Brushy Mtns of Wilkes Co. My great-grandmother's name was Minnie Carmen Tedder Petty Rector. One of her sister's name was Ethel Tedder Blevins. The rest of her family I never met. She never said what her mother's name was. Could you tell where to start looking.
