I am desperately trying to find parents of Andrew Banks b. 1797-1857 in NC
He later moved to possibly Madison Co., NC with his father and married Rachel Ruth Turner in possibly 1815
She was born 1795 Buncombe Co. NC
He could have been living in Buncombe Co. after Madison Co. or not been in Madison Co., NC I honestly don't know. My grandmother Ordie S. Banks Brown feb. 13, 1901 is descended form Andrew and grew up on Banks' Creek Yancey Co. Burnsville, NC
