I tried to locate the birth place of my grandfather. In his social secxurity application my father, Jack William Hawkins, listed his father's and mother's names as: Judson Alga Hawkins and Lucy James. He also states that Marion, South Carolina as his, my father's, place of birth. If anyone has information that can help me begin to research my family tree, please help me.
