my name is james sheppard.
was born ,james letner. my father was howard letner. he passed away on 27 march 2001 in okeechobee ,fla.
he supposedly remarried after my mother, lois sizemore, divorced him.
i am trying to locate 3 brothers that his sister ,evelyn mentioned a few years ago.
now that he is passed away ,she will not release any information. please help
