My maiden name is Hill and my father's name was Ernest Bowden Hill. I know that my father's family originated in England and am trying to trace ancestors. My grandmother was named Jean Scott and they lived in Tayport, Fife, Scotland.
My grandfather and my father were both builders and stonemasons.
