For what it is worth, Jonathan Deerman moved to Florida Territory about 1820 along with some of his children, who were grown. One was William who married in Florida to Levina ___________. Solomon was already married to a cousin. Thomas Y who didn't marry until 1824 in Mobile. John who married Mrs. Beersheba Sykes in Florida.
I would guess that your ggrandmother, Lucinda, is the daughter of either Jonathan, or one of his sons, William or John.
Jonathan was the eldest child of Solomon Deerman who was the son of Richard Deerman. I am descended from Solomon through a son, Richard.
