looking to trace anyone related to my dad, his name is elmer henry parkes or parks, he was born in new jersey
but left when he was 4 yrs to go into a orphanage in llandudno in wales he has a brother bill, a sister ethel and a brother george he may have had some more siblings i dont know of thanks
