Looking for any information on the Purdue family originating in Newbury England. I can go backe to my
5th gr grandfather James Purdue who married Mary Morrell in about 1752. Their son James (my 4th Gr) born March 28,1756 married Hannah Skinner and their son Charles
(3rd gr) was born April 24th, 1797 and married Ann Lawerence. Their son Charles (2nd gr) born July 1824 and married Elizabeth Keys and their son Arthur Wellington Purdue (gr grandfather) married Martha Ann Cooper. This whole familly remained in or around Newbury until my grandfather and some of his brothers moved to Canada in the early 1900's. I have alot of information on the family but I am always looking to fill in gaps and learn about some of the family members that we have no information on. I will also share info.
