My Great great grandfather's name is Frank Franks (unknown birthplace)
Great great grandmother (unknown for now.)
My gr. grandparents - George (Pink) FRANKS(African American) b.
Chatman(?), North Carolina approx. 1882 (age 39 in 1921) d. 10-23-1950
(Death Certificate Transcription has, he was born 3/15/1888 in South Carolina)
Married August 6, 1906 witnessed by Daniel Rellanan(?) and Wife...
m. Flora VEREEN(1/2 Cherokee Indian ?) b. Little River, Horry County,South
Carolina approx. 1884 (age 36 in 1921) *Also, Jan. 10, 1920 WV census she is 36
still 36 in 1921 no birthday, yet...
I also have an Eliza Vereen d. 8-13-1929. I don't know, this may be Flora's
mother?
I found on the Twelfth Census - Little River, Horry County, on the 11th day of
June 1900 :
