Manning, Agnes GA Camden county adoption took place in TX

I have been searching for a Agnes Manning she was born in Camden county Ga about 1918 .I believe that Agnes Manning was also a LDS member and went to the church to place my father up for adoption at birth in 1945 and his bio mother was Agnes and have been trying to find her, I have looked in the 1920 census in Georgia and found a girl that was 2 yrs old named Agnes Manning the city was Columbus and the street was Waverly and her father was George F Manning and he was listed being 25 yrs of age and his wife was Susie Manning and she was 22yrs old they seemed to be staying with a relative of Susie her sister I can not make out the entire name of her first name but I believe might have been Minnie Wilson this is her married name but all of them according to the location of birth on the census say they was born in Alabama
I have been searching for Agnes for about 8yrs ever since my daughter had a heart disorder to learn of any family history and maybe get to now the family and possibly find out who is my fathers bio father to he was not listed on my dads birth cert at time of his birth.
Any info you have that you would like to share will be more than helpful

I am not really sure all I have to go by is my father's Birth cert at the age of my dads birth, Agnes was 27 yrs old in 1945 that would mean she would had been born around 1918. I do have signature of Agnes from 1945 on my dads adoption records, his adopted father said he meet Agnes only one time and supposedly she was a nurse and had dark hair and was a short women she was living in Camden county GA According to my dads birth cert Agnes was Born in Camden county, what info do you have on your Agnes, do you know if this is her Maiden name because My Agnes was not Married in 1945 according to the birth cert she was living in Kingsland GA and gave birth in 1945 at Jacksonville FL, any more info on your Agnes would be most Helpful.
