Looking for any information on a Jedidiah Smyth(or other possible close spelling of the last name), born in the Fredericksburg, VA area approx 1830s or '40s. His father was a physician, Jedidiah was an attorney. I believe that he was an artillery officer lost in action at the battle of Shiloh. Please e-mail me with any information, Wtcthsky00@aol.com.
