I have two older brothers I don't even know.My father's name is John Francis Carter.He was born on Decemeber 5,1946 TO a women name Erma Young who was born in 1929 and died on April 14,1991.I have a youger brother also name Timothy Dean Carter who is my full brother.I know I have other silbilings running around by my father.If you have any information or are a relative in some way please e mail me at monami2@vitso.com
