I am looking for information on Richard D Rainey. The only thing I know for sure about him is that he served in the Army in France in the late 50's. He was a Lt Colonel and served as a Unit Supply Specialist. His middle initial D may stand for Delman( which is probably his mother's maiden name). He may have been born or raised in Sparta IL, may have a daughter named Cynthia and may have passed away already. ANY info on Richard and his family is very much appreciated. This man is my biological father. I am now mom to fraternal twin boys who are 2 yrs old . I want to be able to tell them something about their origins and their grandfather..thank you...
