For years I have been searching for John Lemuel Whitney. I had information that said he was born in Canada. Just lately I was given information the shows he may have been born in Ohio. I now have, John Lemuel WHITNEY b.6 Oct. 1842 possibley in Ohio maybe Canada. d. 21 Feb. 1916 Talmage Ks. Married Margaret Ann Laney 8 Nov. 1866. b.15 Oct. 1850 Ohio d. 9 May 1931 Talmage Ks. Johns possible siblings were 2 sisters Ann & Lucy and 2 brothers Jim & Calvin. One or more of these may be a half sibling. There may be others I dont know about. Looking for anything leading to finding the parents and siblings of John Lemuel.
