Does anyone have any suggestions re: tracking down a name change document. My grandfather came from Ireland in 1909 and changed his name. I'm trying to track down the legal document (hoping he did it legally). I know he lived in PA and have tried a few counties but there are many of them. Any suggestions how I could get this information any other way?
