Dont know whether this will be of any assistance but here goes:-
I undrstand my grandparents hail from Murton Co Durham. They had 4 children, my Father Stanley, a son William who was killed in the first world war
a duaghter Sally who lived most of her life in Stockton and a daughter Gladys who lived in Hartlepools. Gladys had a son George who lived in Hartlepool and a daughter Enid who emigrated to Canada and was joined by Gladys in I think around 1950.
Thats as far as I have got at the moment.
Would like to know if its usefull and whether there is any connection.
