Where and when did this name first appear, I have not been able to locate very much on it.
Granddad Jess or Jesse Leppell Grandmother Eva Marie Barker , most relatives I do know of on the
paternal side have been known to be in the Washington State, Oregon, and Canada areas any help would be
appreciated
