Updating: according to this pedigree chart (http://www.zynnyainternetdesign.com/Hammped.gif) "The Reverend Edward Hammond married Elizabeth the daughter & heiress of Thomas Seymour Esqr & granddaughter of Sir Edward Seymour, Knight of the Garter afterwards Duke of Somerset."
However: I have read that Thomas Seymour & Katherine Parr (widow of Henry VIII) had a daughter by another name. Some records say she died as an infant, some say she lived & married, etc. I have not read that Thomas Seymour had another daughter, by anybody.
