Looking for links to James B. (Burns?) Lacy of Richmond, VA circa 1880. His son is James Cooper Lacy who moved to San Francisco, CA and died there in 1952. His son is James C. Lacy, Jr. born in San Francisco, CA in 1920. I am his son, James V. Lacy, born James H. Lacy in Oakland, CA in 1952.
