I've started to look up my ancestors starting with my father and mother: Daniel Braithwaite, born in Blackpool, Lancashire, on november 17th 1908 and Catherine Gregson born in Blackpool, Lancashire on may 7th 1907.
I know that my father's family lived on a farm on Marton Moss when he was young and may have some connection with the Shovels Pub.
I'd be glad of any leads
