I am seeking information on my family. My great grandfather was Henry Lacey who in 1871/2 was a mantle maker and 1903 a provision merchant and my great grandmother was Lucy Maria Badham. My Great grandmother's father and mother was William Laird and Sarah ?,she was born 1847. Their is a suspicion of a link to the Cammel Laird (British shipbuilders). My grandfather was Henry James Lacey born 13.12.1871 and my grandmother was Florence Kate Laird born 1881. they were married at St Lukes, Victoria docks, West Ham, London on 15.11.1903. My father was Henry James Lacey, nickname Sam, born 10.03.1911 lived in woolwich and plumstead (married before with at least 1 son) and my mother was Winifred Gladys Hyland born 14.04.1918. I am Keith Henry Lacey born crayford in Kent 3.2.49 and I have a brother Anthony James born 29.6.1954 Greenwich London. Any help would be appreciated, I know my father had 9 sisters one called Alice Louisa born 23.03.1907 at Plumstead London who became Brine on her marriage. My mother was one of 13 children originating from Kent.Names I remember are brother's Frank, Harold and sisters Iris,Jean,Dot, Lou,Elsie,Brenda to name some.
